The objects selected for todays Collection Chat were a Doll's Houses and a Miniature Theatre, which have recently made a return to Platt Hall after many years in storage. Both objects are from the Mary Greg collection originally housed at the Hall in the 1920s, when Doll's Houses were at their most popular.
The opener question was 'What was your favourite way to play as a child?' which recalled lots of funny stories. We then took a much closer look at both objects now at home again in the Hall.
Today's conversation was scribed live and illustrated by artist, Laurie Pink.
