Get involved

We run a range of programmes at Platt Hall, some are closed and run in partnership with key partners in the neighbourhood, some are for people living closest to the Hall and some are open to all.

  • Tours of the Hall on the first Tuesday of every month, 11am – 12noon. Meet staff, learn about the different uses of the Hall over time and see some of the collections stored at the Hall.

We hold Open Afternoons around three times a year with activities for all ages.

  • Come along to a weekly programme of activities for people who live in Fallowfield, Longsight, Moss Side and Rusholme.

Mondays in term time: Stay and Play for families with pre-school children

Tuesdays between March – October: Gardening

Wednesdays in blocks of time: Make Space workshops for adults

  • We are keen to hear from any groups or organisations in Rusholme, Fallowfield, Longsight and Moss Side. Our key partners are in the fields of Health, Schools, Green Spaces and Arts.

We’d love to hear about your work and, where possible, partner with you on new projects.

At this moment in time we can’t offer group tours to groups outside the local area.
