1922.1083 Brass plaque, possibly made by William Smith and Charles Eaton, London, 1840-1860

Circular plaque made of brass with loop for hanging of suspension. Obverse is cast with a figure of a swordsman in a chain mail vest, with a nonsensical inscription. The reverse is also inscribed and in the centre there is a representation of the Lamb of God holding a cross, inscribed "CCS". Perhaps made by WIlliam Smith and Charles Eaton, thus know as a "Billies and Charlies" plaque.
