Dress made from a floral Liberty print cotton. Short puffed sleeves, white collar and cuffs, a smocked bodice and gathered skirt. Fastens with buttons down the back. The collar and cuffs are edges with a band of print fabric, gathered into scallops with embroidery threads. The smocking is embroidered with zig-zag bands of red, blue and orage. Fabric by Liberty.

I love this dress as it reminds me of a dress,in the same style ,made for me by Mother in 1964. Mine was a blue print & it was my favourite.
