WEBINAR - PRESENTING FINDINGS FROM BETTER HEALTH MCR/PLATT HALL JOINT PROJECT

During this Webinar we will share the impact of the first two-years of a Health & Wellbeing Coach role shared between Better Health MCR and Platt Hall, Manchester City Galleries. This groundbreaking partnership demonstrates that combining NHS health coaching with community-based creativity, heritage, gardening and social connection delivers measurable health improvements, reduces pressure on primary care, and gives Platt Hall a sustainable civic purpose.

The past two years we have moved beyond the pilot, and created a practical, evidence-based model for tackling health inequalities through prevention, behaviour change and social connection, impacting on key Manchester City Council and NHS strategic targets.
